Terms and conditions

These terms/conditions are applicable to all travel services available on-line, through any device, email or by phone. By accessing and using our website and making a reservation, you agree to have read and understood the terms and conditions shown below.

All pages, their content-infrastructure, and the online booking services (including the payment service) that we provide through this website are managed and supplied by Seven Tours S.A. and are made available to you only for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified below. The relationship we have with the Travel Service Providers is governed by different terms and conditions that make up the commercial relationship we have with each of the providers.

Definitions
Seven Tours SA, a commercial and legal company, established under the laws of Costa Rica and headquartered in La Fortuna, San Carlos, is responsible for operating and managing all the bookings generated from Seven Tours and therefore serves as sole legal responsible for its operations.

The term "Platform" refers to the website where the Travel Services are available, belongs and are maintained by Seven Tours. The term "Tourist Services" refers to the different types of products and services that can be booked o requested.

"Service Provider" refers to the professional hosting provider (eg hotel, motel, apartment, bed and breakfast), tourist attractions (ex: parks, theme parks, museums, tourist visits), transportation provider (ex: car rentals, shuttle service, private transfers), tour operators, and any other travel related product or service is available on the Booking Platform.

"Travel service" refers to the online purchase, request, reservation or payment services (including payment service) offered or provided by Seven Tours regarding various products and services that we provide.

"Booking service" refers to the request, purchase, payment or reservation of a tourist service.

Nature of our Service
Seven Tours provides an online platform through which our visitors can book and request availability for our travel services.

Our Travel Service is available only for personal and non-commercial use. Therefore, it's not allowed to resell, perform deep-links, copy, display, download or reproduce the content, information, tickets or the services available on our Platform for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.

Payment in advance, cancellation, no show (not presented)
By making a Booking of any of our travel services, you accept our cancellation and no-show conditions (if you do not show up).

The general conditions of cancellation and no show of each Tourist Service are at your disposal on our Platform, both on the information pages and during the booking process and in the confirmation e-mail. Check the information of each product or service to see the conditions before making the reservation. The cancellation and prepayment conditions may vary depending on the product or service.

If you wish to review, modify or cancel your Booking, check the confirmation e-mail and follow the instructions indicated. Please note that cancellation fees may be applied in accordance with the cancellation, payment (in advance) and no-show (if you do not show) and you may not benefit from the payment refund. We recommend that you read these conditions carefully before making the reservation and remember to make subsequent payments on time.

If you are going to be late the day of service, be sure to communicate it promptly, to prevent from canceling your booking or charging you the supplement for not showing. Seven Tours is not responsible for the consequences that your delay may have.

Cancellation policies
a. The reservation will not be confirmed until full payment.
b. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service date, a 10% charge will be applied, corresponding to operating expenses.
c. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the service date are non-refundable and will be penalized 100% of the amount of the reservation.
d. No Show" is non-refundable and will be penalized 100% of the amount of the reservation.
